Boost City shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other damages.

All intellectual property rights related to Boost City, including copyrights, trademarks, content, and materials used in our services, are owned by Boost City. No materials may be copied, redistributed, or used without prior permission.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the coaching process and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent.

Either party may cancel an order at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund policy applicable at Boost City.

You agree to indemnify and hold Boost City harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including claims related to game accounts or violations of applicable laws, regulations, or game rules.
